21st Birthday 2010
Can't concentrate or even start doing work now so I'm going to blog it out, seeing how bad my memory is.2nd October,
12mn-3am, fixing up the powerpoint 'Thank You' slides.
8am, wake up suddenly, appreciate the rain, roll around the bed, head back to sleep.
11am, wake up officially, finish up powerpoint slides, eat some food, pack stuff to bring to the place.
1.45 pm, head to salon to get my hair done. had to wait wtf.
3pm, reach home, put makeup, dress, pack blabla
4.30pm, leave house, pick andrew up but he was late so had to wait for him!
5.10pm, reach the place, put up banner, edmond, crystal, rachel, shijie, skyy etc etc early comers come and help! put up balloons, learn how to use karaoke/sound system, testing powerpoint, music etc.
After the decorations are done, we have some time to kill so we have some friends singing karaoke for a bit.

Side note. Christine just told me that she + chris hoped that someone will grab the mike and confess. I am so glad that did not happen. Good grief.
Anyway, dad paid for free-flow pool table games so the pool table was in use the whole time. Haha. Good choice.
The dinner kicked off officially, LATE because there were so many people who were late. Grr. Anyway, Cherlyn made a speech that made me super maluated. Exposed x1, (yes I had a pri school bf, we just walked around holding hands k?) then I made a short prayer and we started eating!
Everyone said the food was really good! Yay! Just that I think the fuscilli was a little cold. BUT that was kind of my fault because we started late. Oops. The breaded fish was yums. And of course, everyone ate an eclair because they wanted to take home a piece of me. Heehee.
I flashed the powerpoint that I made with random music from my ipod!
A while later, Nat started singing on stage, then we had some games 'sweetest memory' and 'most random thing I said to you' and goodness exposed x1000000.
I just want to clarify that I did not go to the rooftop with Chee Han, he was joking.
Sang a duet with Nat. Broken Strings! Here's a video of it. It's not very good, pretty off-pitch but meh.

Had cake cutting after that! The cake was from St Regis and I didn't have a taste of it until 20 hours later but it's really chocolatey! Don loves it. Haha.
Swarm of group photos, people eating the cake, Nat singing another set, people leaving, more photos, the dslr quality ones will take a while because my friends need to 'process' them.Churchies left to head to Zouk first to get on the guestlist. Cherlyn, Gareth, Nat etc singing karaoke haha!
Claire Ng, Aaralyn and Michelle came. Super late! When everyone left already. But aww super love thank you for coming!! Poor Michelle got lost and was driving around for an hour!!
Changed out of my dress, headed to Marina Barrage in Nat's car, reached there at 11.50pm thereabouts with Cherlyn, Nat, Gareth, Chee Han, Crystal, Rachel and Shi Jie!
3rd October
Midnight! Wished by my Marina Barrage gang, gave each of them a helium balloon and we made our wishes on the rooftop and released them!
Super surreal!We htht and talked about the events of that night (eg, whether I was off key the entire time, who's who at the party, misunderstandings, gossiping etc) after that we were getting hungry, went over to Selegie tau huey at 1.30am and stayed there til they closed at 2 ish.
Shared a cab with Rachel who dropped me off at Zouk, met churchies to find out that Shawn and Isa brought Brenda home because she had gastric! Poor thing.
Waited outside for a while because they had to find someone to sign me in, Han Long's pretty friend brought me in!
Went in, heard house music, and went out. Gosh.
HTHT until like 5 ish. It was pouring raining so we were stuck. Luckily Zouk had these raincoat men who sheltered people from the Hotel to Zouk.
Angie dropped all of us home (first time I see where Andrew stays) and I was so freaking shagged but I wanted to open my presents and read my guestbook so I slept at 7am. Heh!!
Freaking epic.

Freaking gorgeous. Totally cheered me up even though I normally feel like hell when I sleep really late. Thank you :)
Bathed, lunched, went to church, bumped into GG, had dinner, replied facebook people and uploaded pictures.
Didn't do any work at all. Awesome!! :D
