VanityTrove with Masego x MySpringFling x Makeup Forever x MUSE photography
A while ago, I travelled to SAFRA Jurong just for VanityTrove with Masego x MySpringFling x Makeup Forever x MUSE photography event with my gal pal, Carissa!PS: (do not eat at the food joint downstairs seriously, worst meal ever) If only I knew there was food provided at the event. *angry at self*

Luxe beauty treats from VanityTrove!
I love how every box looks so pretty. Will share my April VanityTrove box soon!! There's a lip plumper that I've been using quite frequently!
Saw this on their table. LOVE the Eiffel Tower! If anyone knows where I can get one of these please share!
Another photo because it's so pretty.
I love Carissa's look! She's inspired by Japanese fashion and she can really pull off the sweet but stylish ensemble! Told her countless times that I loved her new hair colour. I was a little inspired to cut bangs after looking at her fringe. But my face isn't long enough for me to suit that look :(
We were treated to a 30 mins Herbal Heat Rub massage by Masego the Safari Spa. I was a little disappointed with the service as they had misplaced our forms (filled them up earlier) and the lady who was supposed to attend to us couldn't find us, plus we had to wait even though we arrived at our appointment time. Plus, I'm pretty particular about massages/spas or whatever that specify TIME frames. If the reflexology states 60 minutes, it better be 60 minutes. If the masseuse has a phone call, she picks it up, talks on the phone for a bit, hangs up, then it should not be counted in the 60 minutes.
All part of basic service standards, I feel. Well, there were more people than usual that day, so I can understand if our 30 min massage becomes 20 min if we were informed beforehand. We weren't, and I only found out... well when the masseuse said that she's done. As expected, we were asked if we wanted to sign a package etc etc to which we politely declined.
Since I had already been wearing my own lipstick, the make up artist had to conceal my lips. I asked him why he didn't just remove my lip stick colour and he replied that concealing would be a faster method. So okay! Be prepared to see a scary me. Drained of colour.
After the event, Carissa and I headed to Bugis for some dinner and walked around. Can't wait to share my April Trove on my blog!!
